Our retailer partners are as dedicated as we are to offering you a superior quality service.

Each and every retailer store can put in special and express orders at the studio. Shipping delays will be as short as possible and can be confirmed with the retailer once the order has been processed.

What warranties offers Anne-Marie Chagnon on her jewellery?

Each piece of Anne-Marie Chagnon jewellery is meticulously handcrafted and carefully inspected before making its way into your hands. If you happen to find a defect in workmanship or material, return it promptly to the studio, together with proof of purchase, to take advantage of our full one-year warranty including parts, labour and shipping fees.

Furthermore, all elastic bands and earring clasps come with a life-time warranty and will be replaced free of charge.
